About
The short version.
I'm Kartik Pradeepan, a research scientist and engineer working across neuroscience, AI, and research infrastructure. At MIT SQI, I build software for evaluating how closely artificial systems match biological intelligence. I previously completed a PhD in Neuroscience, where I modeled the development of stem-cell-derived neuronal networks.
My work sits between scientific questions and the tools needed to answer them: model evaluation, neural data analysis, simulation, and systems that make research easier to run and extend.
